Meet the Team

Matt enjoys spending weekends at camp, fishing on his boat.

He is most relaxed when restoring old cars. He’s a certified scuba diver. To unwind he loves to head out on his Harley and just wander on the back roads.

He’s a dad to a son Sam and a daughter Juliann (yes, the same Juliann that works here too!). After 20+ years at Gould Insurance he recently became the owner.

Do NOT go near his recliner…that is his chair! Unless you’re his dog. He also has worked at Apple Crest Orchard for years & can still identify an apple by its taste.

A proud mother of 2 kids, a son & a daughter, and grandmother of 3 super cute grandkids. She loves Country music, chardonnay & motorcycle rides. Will try any food once like alligator, snails & sea urchins.

She’s completed 5 crazy 200 mile relays including late nights & early mornings with her Reach the Beach team.

She completed her 1st marathon, the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington DC.

Always jumping at the chance to get away and explore. She recently visited Florida, Nashville, Toronto, Vegas & Memphis.

On her time off she & her husband love to head north in the camper. She is a proud mom of her puppy Lilly. Christine is originally from MA but has lived in NH for 15 years now.

She is involved in diabetes research & raising awareness.

She went to school for fashion merchandising.

Back in the day she was a hostess at The York Steak House in Methuen, MA!

Christine’s first concert was REO Speedwagon and loves classic rock.

Crazy proud mom of a perfect 9 year old son. (She was told she’d never have kids…surprise!)

Hubby is a full time musician so has a drum set in her laundry room & guitars in her living room.

She’s a huge Disney nut. She visits Disney World annually and had a 2nd job working part-time at the Disney Store in the mall for 5 years.

She has a godson that has Cystic Fibrosis and she fights every day to help find a cure. Shelley is currently the Treasure for Team Trevor.

Grew up in Exeter, NH. She was a cheerleader & class President.She has a wicked fear of flying.

She loves fishing, 4 wheelin’, & bonfires with friends. Spends almost every weekend at the family camp on Lovell Lake in NH. She owns 3 trucks. Why have 1 when you can have 3?

She has a dog named Cricket. Cricket is a Treeing Walker Coon Hound and so cute, even when she’s howling!

Started at Gould Insurance as our receptionist & never left.

Her favorite TV show is North Woods Law.

Jenn has a twin sister. Twice the trouble!

She graduated from UConn.

Swimming is her sport. She started at age five and kept going all the way through college.

She loves baseball and is a huge Cleveland Indians fan.

Her son is the love of her life.

She’s the proud auntie to two adorable nephews.

She loves 80’s music, country music & sushi.

Jenn is a thrill ride junky who loves any kind of roller coaster.

Met her hubby in 1999 while he was painting our office.

Their home is listed as “The Mason House” on the Historical Register in their town. Total coincidence.

Is a proud Mom of 3 kids, 2 boys & a girl.

Went back to college after a 15 year break to finish her B.A. degree in English. Graduated in 2016 Magnum Cum Laude.

Chrissy thinks she’s the funniest person she knows.

Her favorite TV show is 2½ Men but only with Charlie Sheen!

Her idea of a perfect vacation is a tropical beach.

Has been in Amesbury since 1996 but is originally from Saugus.

Had her first taste of lobster at 2 years old and she still loves it!

She was a competitive runner since she was a teenager but was sidelined as an adult thanks to
hip and knee injuries.
Fran is a lover of all animals, even spiders! She once had a trained therapy dog she took to
nursing homes in the area.
She married her husband Walter in 1997 and loves that he does the shopping and the cooking
because she hates shopping.
She’s a total bird nerd, who always has binoculars handy and birdfeeders full of treats.
She & her husband love going out on their boat in their spare time.

Heath has been in the insurance business since 1997 and brings experience, dedication, and a friendly approach to helping clients. Born and raised in Amesbury, he now lives in South Hampton, NH, with his wife Becky, their son Seth, daughter Sarah, and three big dogs.
A music lover and left-handed guitarist, Heath also enjoys fishing, boating, and staying active on the ice. He was a member of the 1991–1992 Amesbury High Championship Hockey Team and still hits the rink with friends in a men’s league. Whether at work or play, Heath brings energy, passion, and a team spirit that’s hard to beat.

Sarah first joined the agency in 2000 right out of college and, after exploring a career as a dental assistant, returned to the team in 2023. Born and raised in Amesbury, she met her husband Ray here, and they continue to call the area home.
Passionate about family, Sarah and Ray were part of the foster parent program and fell in love with their foster daughter, eventually completing their family by adopting her. Sarah brings dedication, care, and a personal touch to every client interaction, making everyone feel like part of the family.

Irene has decades of experience in the insurance world, including serving as VP of Technical Affairs for the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents and educating agents—including everyone in our office. After retiring, she quickly realized she was far too energetic to sit still and returned to insurance part-time, much to everyone’s delight.
Outside the office, Irene enjoys daily walks on the beach with her dog, and she and her husband Bud spend a few months every winter thawing out in Saint Martin. A proud mom of three and grandmother of three granddaughters, she balances family, travel, and fun with ease. Irene loves Hallmark movies, and when it comes to music, The Doors are her all-time favorite

Beulah joined the agency after a short and unsuccessful career as a hunting dog—turns out her sense of smell is, politely speaking, not great. What she lacks in tracking skills, however, she more than makes up for in warmth, charm, and dedication to client comfort.
An enthusiastic napper, she believes all visitors should be greeted with unlimited opportunities to pet her. When not supervising the office she enjoys boat rides—despite the small but important detail that she cannot swim.
Beulah is famously afraid of the trash truck, cautiously curious about most other things, and surprisingly fond of lettuce. Her calm presence and friendly demeanor help ensure our office remains a welcoming, low-stress place for clients and staff alike.
